Shipping & Return Policy
Following is Kenai’s return policy for all purchases made through our internet site:
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 15 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original box. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
After 15 days, store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.
Kenai uses UPS Ground service on all Kenai 25, Kenai 45 and Kenai 65 shipments unless otherwise noted by the customer. Your Kenai order will typically ship in one to two business days. However, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days for your order to ship based which product(s) you choose.
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.
Kenai can ship merchandise outside of the USA, please contact us for a freight quote.
